Contact and support

Last updated 2 August 2026

This is not a crisis channel. Email is read by people, but not immediately, and nobody here can reach you where you are. If either of you is in danger right now, in the US call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 if someone is unsafe this minute. Outside the US, use your local emergency number.

Email us

One address, and a person reads it:support@therapistharry.com. There is no phone line, no live chat and no ticket portal — we are a small team and this is deliberate, because a mailbox we actually read beats a queue we do not.

What to expect

Most email gets a reply within seven business days, sometimes the same day. It comes from a person rather than an autoresponder, so it may be short. If you have not heard back in that time, send it again — occasionally a message lands in spam on one side or the other.

Things worth writing to us about:

Please do not send us clinical details you would not want in an ordinary inbox. Email is not encrypted end to end and we are not a clinical service — what we store and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Asking for beta access

Harry is in a private beta and the WhatsApp number is not published anywhere, so access starts with the form rather than an email — request beta access on the homepage. It takes a minute and it tells us the things we need in order to say yes: your name, your email, and roughly what the two of you are carrying. We read every one ourselves and onboard a few couples at a time, so there may be a wait. If you would rather understand the mechanics first, start with how it works.

Deleting your data

The fastest route is not email. Send the single word DELETE to Harry on WhatsApp and everything of yours is erased immediately. If you cannot use WhatsApp, write to support@therapistharry.com from an address we can reach you at and tell us the phone number you messaged from, so we can find the right record. Full detail on deleting your data.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot give clinical advice, referrals, diagnoses or emergency help, and we cannot mediate between the two of you or tell either partner what the other has said. Harry himself is not a licensed therapist and neither are we — the limits are spelled out in about Harry and the Terms of Service. If you need a clinician, please find one; that is not a brush-off, it is the honest answer.
