Deleting Your Data

The fastest way: send the single word DELETE to Harry on WhatsApp, on the number you were given when you joined. Your data is erased immediately and Harry confirms it. No account, no form, no waiting.

What gets deleted

Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name
Every message you have sent to Harry
Harry's session notes about your relationship
Your record in our database

If you were the last partner in a session, the session itself and Harry's replies are removed along with it.

By email

If you cannot use WhatsApp, email support@therapistharry.com from an address we can reach you at, and tell us the phone number you messaged from so we can find the right record. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

One thing to know first

Harry works with a couple, and a deletion request covers your messages and record. If your partner also wants their side removed, they need to send their own request from their own number.

Deletion is permanent. There is no undo and no backup we can restore from — if you message Harry again afterwards, he will meet you as a stranger.
